Our Carbon XC Race MTB Wheelset has been designed to bring the benefits of a wide 30mm internal width lightweight rim, at a sensible price. The 355g rim delivers World Cup level performance for self-funded XC racers

Compared to wheelsets costing more than double (ROVAL Control SL & Bontrager KOVE XXX), the only significant difference is the hub weight, and whilst overall bike weight is important, gaining access to wide rims should be the first priority. The additional £/g cost of lighter hubs comes second - and we can custom build with lighter hubs too! 

Knowing that many riders use their XC bikes/wheels for fun at trail parks too, our Carbon XC Race MTB Wheelset is rated for All Mountain use. You can use them for year round fun when not on the race course

- 1412g wheel set built with LOWMASS XC30-355 (355g) 29er carbon hookless tubeless rims                
(weighed with BITEX CL Boost thru axle hubs and SRAM XD free hub) 

- 24 black SAPIM CX-RAY spokes and aluminium nipples 

- Rated for All-Mountain use, they can handle what ever your XC bike can

- Lightweight BITEX MTB hubs (6-Bolt or Centre Lock)
- ABEC5 TPI high-grade precision sealed bearings 
- Aluminium axles and free hub body 
- Rock Shox Torque front hub end cap option
- Cannondale Lefty front hub option
- Boost, Non-Boost, 141mm Boost QR and 135mm QR rear hub options
- SHIMANO/SRAM 11s, Shimano Microspline, SRAM XD freehub options
- Tubeless tape and valves fitted 

- 2.25" minimum tyre width

- 100kg rider weight limit

Hand built in the UK using P&K Lie stands and tension meters for the ultimate in precision building

Thoroughly tested in trail parks, regional racing, 2021 World Cup & Championships
