Cancelling an Order:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, please contact us ASAP using the form below. Where not already dispatched we will cancel and refund the order. 


If you change your mind after you have received your order, you have 30 days from the date of despatch to return it for a refund. All Goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in the original undamaged packaging.

Custom built LOWMASS wheels can only be returned if they are deemed to be faulty or cancelled if they have not yet been built.

Once we have received and checked your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

When approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, usually within two working days. 

You will need to make your own arrangements for shipping and are advised to use a trackable & insured service. 

You are responsible for your item until we receive your returned item.

Your costs for returning your item are non-refundable. 

If there are additional charges for us to receive your returned item, made by your return postal service, these may be deducted from your refund.
